DVD's are non-returnable unless they are defect. Contact us if this is the case so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Books
Books are non-returnable.

Clothing and protective gear
Clothing and protective gear are returnable under the following conditions:
must be in the original packaging
must be clean and not worn
must be unwashed
If these conditions are not met these items are eligible for exchange.

Training weapons and training equipment
Training weapons and training equipment are returnable under the following conditions:
must be in the original packaging
must be clean and not used
must be unwashed
If these conditions are not met these items are eligible for exchange.

The shipping cost for returning items to be returned and re-sending exchanged items are for the customer. When returning items Tatsujin martial arts and fitness can not be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged during shipment.

All returns are at the discretion of Tatsujin martial arts and fitness.
